We are focused on applying our knowledge and contacts to become the the preeminent builder of Green, Affordable Housing in CT. This profitable segment is virtually untapped with a state mandate requiring towns to have a minimum of 10% affordable housing. The only towns that meet the requirement are the five largest cities, a state wide average is just over 3%. Danbury has a 6 year waiting list for affordable housing, if we build it they will come. We have done our homework and built relationships with CL&P, the D.E.P. and the housing authority.
