We utilize modular construction from Deluxe Homes, a market leader in steel modular construction, when we build larger, multi-unit buildings. We have chosen Deluxe for the quality materials and superior workmanship that go into their product. Modular construction does have some design limitations, but those limitations often do not come into play when building some larger structures. Using modular, we can build units quickly, efficiently, but… GREEN. This tact will lower construction costs and eliminate 90% of the labor our construction teams would have had to exert had we chosen stick-built construction. By lowering our costs, we can pass on similar savings to those who wish to buy less expensive work-force housing. These well-built, state of the art units will be easy to maintain, and inexpensive to maintain as well, as utility costs will be minimized
