A 50 acre master planned resort community with an Alpine Village theme.

This world class facility 70 minutes from Manhattan will offer luxurious suites and business class rooms in the main building. Resort Condominiums, economy rooms, cancer retreat, assisted living, and elderly housing will be available in separate buildings.  The entire community will operate completely "OFF THE GRID"!

• Private Beach and Marina on Candlewood Lake: The Candlewood Fountain Resort is only 1/2 mile from Candlewood Lake and Candlewood East Marina. A shuttle will operate between the hotel and Candlewood East Marina Club. Candlewood East has a private beach with  lifeguard, acres of picnic area, marina and 40,000 sf sales and service center!

The park will feature an outdoor recreation center and camping sites. The Candlewood Fountain Resort will also donate funds to construct a fishery along the Still river to reintroduce native species to the river, a wild flower garden, bird sanctuary, skating rink, skate park and pavilion will be constructed along the banks of the river. A 25,000 sf facility at the entrance to the park will include a party rental company, catering facility, bike sales and rentals, paint ball and air soft tournaments, Kayak and Canoe rentals, Camp store, bath facilities and administrative offices.

The town of Brookfield zoning regulations allows 32 units per acre when on a city sewer line, that is subject to availability of sewer capacity.

An underground sewage treatment plant is an accepted use of a flood plain according to Brookfield Zoning Regulations.

Developing a wastewater treatment plant in the flood plain allows us serve the entire project and the town of Brookfield which currently buys capacity from Danbury.
