Marketing Plan

Our marketing strategy must be and thus will be multi-pronged.  Firstly, we will drive a significant portion of those who wish to use our services through our web traffic.  There are numerous reasons for this concentration of energies toward the Connecticut Real Estate and Construction website.  Obviously, once a potential customer arrives at our website, he will be introduced to the many aspects and innovative ideas we proffer.  Additionally, because the company is so multi-faceted, the web guest will see how the many elements come together to create a strong and growing real estate concern within the state of Connecticut.  Also, the company earns money by producing internet leads for agents.  The Buyer’s Trust Referral system feeds agents a vast number of leads that, should they convert the leads into clients, will result in a 30% referral fee.  This equates to free money at this point in the company’s development as the referral and leads data base system is paid for and already in place.  Thus, all web traffic has the potential to bring in significant income without any other expenditure from Connecticut Real Estate and Construction coffers.

Marketing to the Agent

This brings up the question: who are our customers?  Relative to our web marketing strategy, of course, homebuyers are a deep pool of customers we will dip into at every opportunity.  However, another customer from that perspective is real estate agents.  The agent that arrives at our site finds a client referral system that is comprehensive, easy to use, and clearly a lead generating machine.  This is exactly what the ambitious agent wants—leads.  This scenario will lead to the recruitment of new agents.  Again, more agents mean more business, thus resulting in more income for CRE&C.   

Agents will be able to earn higher splits by producing their own leads.  What we mean by this is, if an agent is willing to put $1500 per month into advertising, CRE&C will offer the agent up to 100% splits—with the proviso that all of their advertising includes the CRE&C website.  The reasoning is simple.  We expend very little money in hiring a new agent.  They get on the referral system; they get registered with the state; we cover their E&O insurance—and they generate $1500 of advertising per month!  Sounds like an extremely lucrative proposition for the company, and there isn’t a top producer in the state who wouldn’t jump at the 100% split.

Benefit:  As an agent, one can create a business designed to benefit the agent and only the agent.  We will provide opportunities for agents to make more money with recruiting overrides, the potential for 100% commission splits, and an atmosphere in which creative thinking and hard work are directly rewarded.  In addition, the CRE&C agent will have listings at her fingertips other agents will never see.  Second, as buyers call to pursue CRE&C new affordable, GREEN units, one can automatically build a client base.
